July 26 – Yokohama – This week the Dashboard takes a closer look at the historic Nissan Yokohama plant, which has manufactured more than 35 million engines in its nearly eight decades, including the VR38 used in the iconic Nissan GT-R.

In this program we report on the four master craftsmen, the takumi, who hand build the GT-R engines, as well as visit the Nissan Engine Museum, home to about 80 years of monozukuri heritage.
